We have become successful in this regard and believe it's time to give back. Over the past few years, we have been very involved in the Starlight Children's Foundation. We have seen how our simple donations can light up a child's life, and we want to share this experience as everyone deserves that feeling. We will be making a charitable donation once every week to a charity that makes a difference. This is one of the proudest and most important moments for me and this company because it's our chance to give back to those who are in need. Sleeping Children Around the World
Sleeping Children Around the World provides bedkits to children of any race and/or religion who will benefit the most around the world, though typically in underdeveloped and developing countries. Each bedkit includes a mat or mattress, pillow, sheet, blanket, mosquito net, clothes outfit, towel and school supplies. Bedkits can vary from country to country depending on local needs. Since 1970, SCAW has provided over 900,000 bedkits in 33 countries. The September 2009 destination is Honduras.
What we did to help: FabulousSavings.ca donated 7 bedkits for the September trip to Honduras. The priceless value of these bedkits to the recipients is fantastic. We are thrilled to be able to make a difference around the world to children in need through this Toronto-based charity.

Merry Go Round Children's Foundation
Merry Go Round Children's Foundation is a Toronto, Ontario-based charity whose mission is to level the playing field for children. This foundation donates complete state-of-the-art home computer systems with full Internet access to children who are observed by teachers to embody a passion for learning and the potential to excel academically if given the opportunity. It is a volunteer effort which brings together members of the educational, policing and corporate communities to share their expertise in particular fields pertaining to this unique program.
What we did to help: FabulousSavings.ca donated 5 state-of-the-art computers equipped with Windows XP, Internet capabilities and flat monitors. As an Internet marketing company, we understand the importance of the web these days and hope that the recipients enjoy and learn constantly. The Merry Go Round Children’s Foundation is amazing for getting these computers to students who otherwise wouldn’t have them, and we are excited to stay in touch and possibly help with further endeavors.

Starlight Children's Foundation- U2 Concert
Starlight Children's Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a world of difference for seriously ill children and their families. Starlight softens the hard edges of what a family experiences when a child has a serious illness. We create a sense of community between families who are having similar experiences by providing opportunities for them to escape the hospital, doctors, nurses, needles and treatments and doing something fun where they get to join others and just feel "normal" again--perhaps even forgetting that anyone is sick for a short while
What we did to help: FabulousSavings.ca donated a VIP ticket package for the U2 Concert in Toronto to the Starlight Children’s Foundation. These tickets truly delivered the VIP experience to people who need the getaway. As expected U2 put on an amazing show and dazzled the crowd. We are thrilled these individuals were able to go to the show and enjoyed it!
